Ready to make a difference and be an important part of our Team?   Responsibilities and Duties - Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills - Assist in meeting and exceeding COVID Sanitation Standards - Ensure that massage rooms are pristine before each session e.g., Dust, vacuum and sanitize each room - Maintain the cleanliness of the bathrooms and break room throughout the day - At the end of the day, mops the hallway, bathroom, break room and workroom floors - Empty trash in massage rooms, workroom, break room and bathrooms. - Ensure that all soiled linen (blankets, sheets, etc.) is laundered in a timely fashion, and folded and stored neatly - Ensure that fresh linen is available in massage rooms throughout the day - Stock and inventory supplies in massage rooms, work room and break room - Restocks all snacks and maintains all levels of comfort for the massage therapists - Maneuver the spa with ease and grace collecting used laundry without distracting guests or team members - Assist massage therapists in preparing the massage rooms for clients [e.g., place clean linen on massage table] - Must be able to move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 lbs. without assistance - Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time or for entire work shift - Takes pride in his/her work while communicating with the Wellness Membership Advisors and Massage Therapists   Required Skills:  - Strong communication and teamwork skills are always a plus - Have an appreciation for cleanliness and sanitation - Positive attitude is required - Weekend Work is required   Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service and/or housekeeping experience is preferred   Benefits: - Pay starts at $12-15/hour, commensurate with experience - Health insurance (for full-time employees) - 401(k) with employer match - A complimentary monthly massage at the studio  - More to come, as our studio continues to grow   Elements Massage Nashville Green Hills is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is a drug free and smoke free workplace.   Elements Massage Nashville Green Hills promises to exceed our guests' expectations, making each visit a truly unforgettable experience. Our business is built on Wellness Program sales, and we reward our team when we meet our objectives.    Responsibilities and Duties   The Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) creates an exceptional experience for every client every time they enter the studio. The WMA duties will include: - Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan  - Following our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Massage Wellness Program  - Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio  - Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate  - Working as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world  - Attending local marketing events, promoting Elements Massage, and engaging in cross-marketing activities with partners - Maintain a clean, sanitary work environment - Assist with routine studio duties, as required   Required Skills:  - Ability to follow our proven sales process for selling the monthly Elements Massage Wellness Program and building customer loyalty - The right candidate must like talking but, more importantly, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients - The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service   Qualifications: - Two years retail sales experience preferred, selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients - Customer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred, providing experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution - Familiarity with modern office tools and systems, to include scheduling and payment processing   Benefits: - Pay starts at $18 to $20/hour, commensurate with experience  - $500 signing bonus, payable after 500 hours of work - $25 bonus for every Wellness Program Membership sold - 5% commission on holiday gift cards sold - Health insurance (for full-time employees) - 401(k) with employer match - A complimentary monthly massage at the studio  - More to come, as our studio continues to grow   If working in a rewarding sales environment in a great massage studio sounds exciting, you should apply today!    **COVID-19 Update**   With the health and safety of clients and our team members as our top priority, we have implemented new safety protocols and elevated cleaning procedures in accordance with federal and state guidelines for your protection.
