This is an onsite full time position for someone with proven leadership, customer service and sales skills.

What makes you a great fit as our Studio Manager - someone that believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following:
- Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
- Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.
- Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
- Customer Service oriented
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills

- Competent trainer and motivator

Responsibilities include: Building, motivating and leading a high-performing team that genuinely cares about the health and wellness of every customer. Managing the front desk and massage therapist teams, coordinating staff schedules, take phone calls and book appointments, promote and sell our no-contract memberships and gift cards, train and manage a team of individuals, propose and provide input to marketing and sales promotions, report on metrics & performance, perform HR duties such as hiring/onboarding and performance development.
We're a services based only business with no product inventory management required since working with people and being customer service oriented is what we're about! This position would be reporting to the General Manager who overseas all 3 of our Studios.
Elements Massage Burlington is looking for a customer facing candidate to be an integral part of our studio and create an exceptional massage experience for all clients, every time they enter the studio.

Qualifications
- Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program
- Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.
- Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.
- We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.
