Elements Massage newest studio in Alamo, CA is growing. We are recruiting for part-time Massage Therapist (MT) positions. Must be available to work a consistent shift schedule during our busiest days which are typically Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Job Expectations:
The Assistant Manager position plays a pivotal role in the daily operations of the studio.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the oversight of the daily administrative operations of the front desk. In this position you will strive to meet established personal and studio sales goals and objectives in the areas of member growth and ensure a flawless experience for any client who enters the studio. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for training, coaching and mentoring front desk associates to ensure our high level of standards are met.

Qualifications
- Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program.
