Elements Massage San Ramon is growing our front desk team!

 

Are you great with people, confident in sales, and someone who genuinely enjoys creating an amazing client experience?

 

We're looking for a Retail Sales Associate who can connect with clients, listen to what they need, confidently recommend our services and Wellness Program, and help create the warm, professional experience our studio is known for.

Our Retail Sales Associates are an important part of the client experience.

 

Responsibilites include:

 

• Presenting and sellng the Elements Massage Wellness Program.
• Building relationships and encouraging client loyalty.
• Checking clients in and out.
• Scheduling appointments and managing client accounts.
• Answering questions about services and memberships.
• Resolving client concerns professionally.
• Answering phones and communicating with prospective clients.
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Light housekeeping and other sutdio responsibilites as needed.
•  

 

Experience in a spa, wellness, hospitality, fitness, membership-based, or sales environment is preferred. You should also be comfortable learning modern schedule, payment, and office systems.

 

Availability Matters

 

We are looking for someone with flexibile availability who can work evenings, closing shifts, and weekends based on business needs.

 

Studio hours:

Monday - Saturday: 9a-9p

Sunday: 10a-7p
