Overview

We own and operate three established massage, aesthetics, and wellness locations in Las Vegas, offering opportunities for additional hours, professional development, and growth.

We're seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly flexible Spa Concierge who brings exceptional hospitality, strong organizational skills, and confidence in membership sales.

Current available shifts are at our Henderson location:

2970 St. Rose Pkwy, Suite 130

• Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 11:30 AM–9:30 PM

• Sunday: 10:00 AM–8:00 PM

Additional opportunities may be available across our Summerlin and Blue Diamond locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, polished, and professional guest experience

• Manage scheduling, phone inquiries, check-ins, checkouts, and payments

• Confidently present memberships, services, and packages

• Build guest relationships that encourage retention and repeat visits

• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and sound judgment

• Support daily studio operations and maintain exceptional service standards

• Take initiative, anticipate needs, and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities

Qualifications

• Prior experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, concierge services, or membership-based sales required

• Experience with Mindbody or comparable scheduling/POS software strongly preferred

• Comfortable discussing pricing, recommending services, and selling memberships

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Professional, personable, reliable, and detail-oriented

• Flexible availability and willingness to work across multiple locations

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and responsibilities

• Starting pay: $17/hour during training

• Performance-based opportunities to advance to $18–$20/hour and beyond with expanded responsibilities
