Pay: $15/hour + commission
Actual earning potential: $16–$18/hour including commission

About the Role

 

Elements Massage – Somersworth is looking for a friendly, motivated Wellness Membership Advisor who enjoys connecting with people and is comfortable with sales.

You’ll create an exceptional client experience while recommending memberships, services and products that support each client’s wellness goals. This role combines sales, customer service and front desk responsibilities.

 

What You’ll Do

• Recommend and sell wellness memberships
• Educate clients about services, enhancements and products
• Rebook clients and build long-term relationships
• Follow up with leads and membership opportunities
• Schedule appointments and process transactions
• Provide a welcoming, professional client experience
• Work toward individual and studio sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Sales, retail, hospitality or customer service experience
• Friendly, confident and comfortable discussing memberships and services
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented and motivated
• Reliable, organized and comfortable multitasking
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Experience in spa, wellness, fitness, skincare, beauty or membership sales is a plus.
