Responsibilities
- Understand each client's unique needs, goals, and concerns to develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide facial and skincare treatments according to Elements standards of quality and consistency
- Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and appropriate professional products
- Create a welcoming, professional, and relaxing experience for every client
- Consistently follow all service protocols, safety standards, and Missouri licensing requirements

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience providing skin care services in a salon, studio, spa, or professional setting
- Must have completed an accredited Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
- Licensed to provide facial/skincare services in Missouri
- A client-focus with effective interpersonal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and client education
- Thrives in a warm, team-oriented environment
- Professional liability insurance as required
