This is more than just a desk job — you’ll help create an amazing experience for every client who walks through our doors while working in a supportive, spa-like environment. Our studio offers a calm, welcoming atmosphere focused on wellness, relaxation, and creating a positive experience for both clients and staff.
🗓️ Current Schedule We Are Hiring For
We are specifically looking to fill the following shifts:
- Monday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Thursday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
- Friday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM
- Saturday: 3:00 PM–9:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Follow our proven sales process to promote the Elements Wellness Program and build client loyalty
- Greet clients and create a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and process payments
- Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized experiences
- Turn client concerns into positive, solution-focused experiences
- Help maintain a clean, organized, spa-like environment
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality
- Someone who enjoys connecting with people and truly listening to clients’ needs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Availability to consistently work the schedule listed above
Qualifications
- Prior retail sales or membership sales experience preferred
- Customer service experience in a spa, salon, wellness, or hospitality setting is a plus
- Comfortable using scheduling and payment software systems
- Passion for wellness, self-care, and creating a positive environment for both clients and coworkers
