What You’ll Do
Every day is a little different! You’ll help create an amazing experience for every client by:
- Greeting clients with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Helping clients learn about our Wellness Program membership
- Following our proven sales process (we’ll train you!)
- Processing payments and appointment paperwork accurately
- Working closely with our massage therapists and managers as one team
- Keeping the studio organized, clean, and inviting
- Helping us reach our monthly sales goals

Experience
Previous spa, retail or customer service experience is a plus—but not required.
We’ll provide the training you need if you have:

- A willingness to learn
- A desire to help people
Availability
Evening and weekend availability is required.
