We’re searching for a fun, friendly, hard-working, and self-motivated team member to join our Elements Massage family on weekends. You’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional client experience while helping people feel their best.
Schedule:
Weekend availability required (Saturday and/or Sunday shifts)

What You’ll Do:
- Follow our proven sales process to promote and sell the Elements Massage Wellness Program
- Build relationships with clients to encourage membership loyalty
- Listen carefully to client needs and create memorable experiences
- Turn client concerns into opportunities to deliver outstanding service
- Support studio operations with professionalism and reliability
Who You Are:
- Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to work weekends
- Outgoing, positive, and passionate about helping others
- Strong communicator who loves listening as much as talking
- Team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced, spa-like environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retail or membership-based sales experience (gym, salon, spa, etc.)
- Customer service experience in wellness, hospitality, or similar settings
- Comfortable with computers, phones, scheduling, and POS systems
