Membership Advocacy: Confidently educate clients on the Elements Wellness Program, helping them understand the value of a consistent routine.
Studio Growth: Meet and exceed sales goals for memberships, enhancements, and retail products.
Operational Excellence: Manage complex scheduling, process payments accurately, and maintain a pristine, calming studio environment.
Team Synergy: Act as the vital link between our clients and our elite team of Massage Therapists and Estheticians.
Sales Experience: 2+ years of retail or service-industry sales experience (membership-based sales experience is a huge plus).
Professional Mindset: You value focus, consistency, and accountability. You are friendly, yet never casual, maintaining a polished demeanor at all times.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable navigating scheduling systems (MindBody experience is a plus).
Reliability: You are a dependable professional who understands that the studio’s success starts at the front desk.
Competitive Pay: $16–$18/hour (based on experience and availability).
