Key Responsibilities:
Service & Product Expert: Act as the go-to resource for protocols and product knowledge.
Mentorship & Growth: Support the client journey by coaching the team on service protocols, rebooking, upgrades, and retail education.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure our studio remains a gold standard for state board sanitation and professional excellence.
Inventory Oversight: Partner with management to ensure our backbar and retail shelves are always ready for our "fans."
A Licensed Esthetician in NJ with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
A confident communicator who can mentor a team with warmth and clarity.
A professional who thrives in a high-performance, team-oriented environment.
Availability: 4–5 days per week, including one weekend day and one evening.
