Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service

The most important responsibility of our Client Service Associates is to create a welcoming, supportive experience for every client. Helping them explore our massage services and Wellness Program in a way that feels personalized, thoughtful, and aligned with their wellness goals. Experience with the Mind Body sales and scheduling platform is preferred, but not required.

 

This role also includes booking appointments with attention to detail, supporting a clean and comfortable studio atmosphere, and answering the phone in a way that reflects our commitment to exceptional care. We are deeply involved in matching clients with the Massage Therapists who can best support their goals, and our team is known for treating clients with the same warmth and respect we’d offer family. Each day brings new challenges and opportunities, so we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and shows up with a positive attitude every day.

Qualified candidates must have at least two years of sales and customer service experience in a retail environment, be a team-oriented thinker and possess the ability to learn new computer software. Experience with Mind Body software is a plus.
