At Elements Massage, we’re looking for someone experienced in the spa industry who’s ready to shift from primarily hands-on work into a leadership role focused on coaching, culture, and team development.
What You’ll Do
- Mentor and support massage and stretch therapists and estheticians
- Help build a positive culture of performance
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training
- Lead by example in service standards and professionalism
- Support daily operations, team engagement, and studio initiatives
- Be a go-to for team support, communication, and problem-solving
What You’ll Get
- $20/hr (admin) | Hands on Pay TBD if desired
- ~10 hours per studio per week to start (with growth potential)
