Job Overview
- Dual-role position: 1-2 days per week as Esthetician, 2-4 days per week at the Front Desk in a Customer Service & Sales role (Based on studio & employee needs)
- Seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to provide esthetic services and deliver outstanding customer service and sales support
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay:
- Front Desk: $17+ per hour
- Aesthetics: $50-$60 per 1-hr Facial (includes gratuity)
- Retil Sales Commission AND Monthly Bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Perform facials and skincare treatments following industry standards
- Confidently recommend skincare products, ensuring clients understand benefits and contraindications
- Follow the established sales process to promote and sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program
- Build strong customer loyalty through informed listening and effective communication with new, established, and prospective clients
- Transform client feedback and criticism into opportunities for exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Completion of an Esthetics/Aesthetics educational program and a valid license to provide facial services in your state or municipality (or in process of obtaining license)
- Passion for skincare and commitment to delivering excellent client care
- Previous experience providing facials in a spa environment is a plus, but not required
- Customer service experience in a spa-like environment, demonstrating attention to detail, hospitality, and excellent execution
- Familiarity with modern office tools; proficiency in scheduling and payment processing systems
- Flexibility to create a positive work environment for employees and exceptional experiences for clients
