The Role - What You'll Do

As a Wellness Membership Advisor, you're the heart of the front desk — welcoming clients, managing scheduling and check-ins, and guiding new visitors into our Elements Wellness Program through a proven, relationship-focused sales process. You'll handle daily operations so our therapists can focus on what they do best, all while keeping the studio running smoothly, cleanly, and on-brand. • Organized & Tech-Savvy — You're comfortable with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and learning new systems quickly
• Team Player — You contribute to a clean, calm, professional studio environment and support your teammates every day
• Flexible — You're available to work evenings and weekends as needed

Prior retail sales or spa/hospitality customer service experience is preferred but not required — we'll train the right person.

Compensation & Benefits  What We Offer

Competitive hourly pay ($18.50 – $21.50 based on experience), monthly performance bonuses based on conversion targets, and commission on Wellness Program sales. Full-time employees receive medical insurance, plus every team member enjoys a complimentary monthly massage.
