Elements Massage is a wellness studio seeking an engaging, confident, and outgoing individual to lead retail sales and deliver exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients. Our success is built on the Elements Wellness Program, and we celebrate and reward our team when goals are achieved.

Our team members earn commission on wellness plan sales, with the opportunity to earn $500+ in additional monthly incentives.

  • Build strong relationships and create loyal, long-term clients

  • Deliver outstanding customer service at every touchpoint

Responsibilities

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create an exceptional customer service experience for every client, every time they enter the studio

  • Educate clients on the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, our hassle-free membership plan

  • Follow our proven sales process to confidently enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program

  • Serve as the first and last impression of the studio—delivering warm, professional hospitality both in person and over the phone

  • Ensure all client appointment paperwork and payment processing is accurate, efficient, and seamless

  • Collaborate with Managers and Service Providers to foster a team environment where the client experience is always the top priority

Qualifications

 

Qualifications

  • Prior retail sales experience preferred, particularly in selling memberships or service-based offerings in person

  • Customer service experience in a spa-like, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred, with a focus on delivering elevated, detail-oriented client experiences

  • Comfortable using modern office tools and technology; scheduling and payment processing are completed through user-friendly computer systems

  • Self-motivated and driven to contribute to a positive team culture while creating exceptional experiences for every client
