Follow our proven sales process to confidently enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program
Serve as the first and last impression of the studio—delivering warm, professional hospitality both in person and over the phone
Ensure all client appointment paperwork and payment processing is accurate, efficient, and seamless
Collaborate with Managers and Service Providers to foster a team environment where the client experience is always the top priority
Prior retail sales experience preferred, particularly in selling memberships or service-based offerings in person
Customer service experience in a spa-like, wellness, or hospitality environment preferred, with a focus on delivering elevated, detail-oriented client experiences
Comfortable using modern office tools and technology; scheduling and payment processing are completed through user-friendly computer systems
Self-motivated and driven to contribute to a positive team culture while creating exceptional experiences for every client
