What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and create exceptional first impressions
- Educate clients on massage and skincare services and memberships
- Confidently sell and maintain memberships using our proven sales process
- Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term loyalty
- Support a positive team culture for both staff and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (full-time hours)
- Previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable using modern office tools and systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
- A team player who contributes to an outstanding workplace culture
