Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following:
- Experience in management, preferably with a wellness or massage studio background
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way, ensuring studio operations runs smoothly
- Customer Service oriented with strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to train and develop staff in providing excellent customer service and achieving strong Wellness Program membership sales
- Ability to provide daily, monthly and yearly performance feedback to our Front Desk, Massage Therapists and Estheticians
- Able to work flexible days and hours; including nights and weekends
- Strong Computer skills; MindBody Software experience a plus
- Strong Social Media background a plus
