At Elements Massage® Timonium, we help people move better, feel better, and live better. We’re looking for a Stretch Specialist to deliver guided, hands-on stretch and mobility sessions in a calm, supportive, wellness-focused studio environment.
This is a great opportunity for movement professionals who enjoy one-on-one client care, value consistency over chaos, and want to build meaningful relationships, without sales pressure or clinical documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Provide assisted stretch and mobility sessions using Elements Massage approved techniques
- Guide clients through active and passive stretches to support flexibility and movement
- Educate clients on stretching benefits, visit frequency, and simple at-home care
- Create a welcoming client experience
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and scope-of-practice guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Qualified Candidates:
- Massage Therapy Students completed 300 hours of MT education
- Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field
- Athletic Trainer (AT or ATC)
- Yoga or Pilates instructor certification
Additionally, you should have:
- A passion for helping people move and feel better
- Comfort providing hands-on assisted stretch services
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
