Elements Massage is a wellness studio looking for an engaging, fearless, outgoing personality to lead retail sales and customer service of potential clients and current members. Our business is built on Elements Wellness Program sales and we reward our team when we meet our objectives.
Our team members will earn commission for wellness plan sales and have opportunities to earn up to $200 or more in additional bonuses.
As a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate at Elements Massage, you are an essential part of the healing experience. Your presence helps set the tone for relaxation, trust, and comfort from the moment a client connects with us.
Gently welcoming each client and creating a warm, calming atmosphere where they feel seen and cared for
Thoughtfully sharing the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, helping clients understand how consistent massage supports their overall well-being
Guiding clients through our enrollment process in a supportive, pressure-free way that feels natural and aligned with their needs
Serving as a reassuring and friendly point of contact, both in person and over the phone
Ensuring appointments, paperwork, and payments are handled smoothly, accurately, and with ease
Working in harmony with Managers and Massage Therapists to cultivate a peaceful, client-centered environment where every guest feels valued
We’re looking for someone who brings warmth, presence, and intention to every interaction, and who understands that meaningful service naturally builds trust and loyalty.
Comfortable following a proven, client-centered sales process to share and enroll clients in the Elements Massage Wellness Program in a way that feels supportive and authentic
Enjoys connecting with people—loves listening even more than talking—and is attentive to the needs of new, returning, and prospective clients
Able to receive feedback or concerns with grace, turning moments of challenge into opportunities for thoughtful, caring customer service
Prior retail or service-based sales experience preferred, especially in membership or in-person service offerings
Customer service experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality environment is a plus, with a natural ability to create memorable, personalized experiences through attention and care
Comfortable using modern office tools and simple computer systems for scheduling, check-in, and payment processing
Motivated to contribute to a positive, supportive workplace that nurtures both the team and every client who walks through the door
We are looking for afternoon/evening coverage weekdays and weekends. We are excited to hear from you!
