Customer Service Associate

Welcome to Elements Massage Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, NC. We are seeking a Customer Service Represetative for our evening shift (4:30pm to 8pm). We have made a great name for ourselves in the Cary area by treating our customers well and providing the best service possible. 

Our studio has a modern look and feel with variable lighting in each room, hydrolic tables, music and more.

If you're looking for a laid back environment, this is the place for you. This position is great for those wanting a low stress part-time role.

• Conversing with clients about our membership program
• Asking clients to provide Google reviews
• Speaking with clients while they wait in our waiting room
• Check-in / Check-out of clients
• Washing and folding laundry
• Studio cleaning at closing time

• Prior customer experience
• Ability to address difficult client conversations
• Outgoing personality 
• Must feel comfortable speaking / selling a membership
