What Makes This Esthetician Role Special

Our facial services go far beyond traditional skincare. At Elements Massage, every facial is designed to deliver deep relaxation in addition to results-driven skincare.

Most sessions include:

• Neck massage

• Shoulder massage

• Hand and arm massage

We create a whole-body experience that nurtures the skin and the nervous system — providing clients with a restorative, memorable visit.

Another essential part of this role is client education. Estheticians at Elements are expected to:

• Explain the products and ingredients being used during the service

• Educate clients on how each product benefits their skin

• Recommend at-home routines based on their needs

• Build trust through clear communication and expertise

Qualifications & Skills

We are looking for someone who brings both professionalism and warmth:

• Licensed Esthetician in NY with 2+ years of hands-on experience

• Knowledgeable and confident in skincare ingredients and treatment planning

• Skilled communicator who can educate clients in a clear, friendly manner

• Professional, client-focused, and comfortable recommending products

• Able to create a relaxing experience through massage and touch techniques

• Thrives in a fun, supportive, team-oriented environment

• Schedule of 3 - 5 days per week including 1 weekend and 1 evening required
