Compensation and Benefits
- Team members make between $15 - $45/hourly

Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates must have completed (or be in the process of completing) a recognized Esthetics/Aesthetics educational program that equips them for professional success.
- Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality
- A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers, and adapt to varying roles as needed to support the team.
- Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
- While previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus, we encourage all passionate individuals eager to grow and learn to apply, regardless of their experience level.
- We proudly welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds—students, beginners, and seasoned estheticians/aestheticians alike—who bring a wealth of unique experiences from various settings, including beauty salons, resort spas, medical spas, and more.
- Willing to assist at the front desk during slower days or Sunday evenings if there are no clients booked, ensuring both flexibility and continued presence at the studio.
