Elements Massage Boise and Meridian are seeking licensed Estheticians to join our growing team!

We’re looking for a motivated Esthetician who thrives in a supportive, client-focused environment and is excited to provide high-quality therapeutic skincare services. This role begins as a part-time position (18–20 hours per week) with the potential to grow into full-time.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough skincare consultations to assess clients’ needs and concerns
- Administer a variety of facial treatments in alignment with the Elements service path
- Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and recommend professional products for continued results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
- Be available to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience as a Licensed Esthetician
- Hands-on experience in spa services, including customized facials, skincare treatments, and related enhancements
- Proven success in recommending and promoting professional skincare products, driving retail sales, and educating clients on at-home care routines
- Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills to engage with clients, management, and team members
- Ability to build trust, encourage rebooking, and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Completion of an accredited Esthetics educational program
- Active Esthetician license in Idaho with ability to provide facial services
- Must carry personal liability insurance
- Team player who thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment
