Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Manage and follow up on prospective client leads to convert into members
- Sales Conversion: Follow our structured sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program
- Client Experience: Ensure every visitor receives outstanding service from first interaction to follow-up
- Member Retention: Build strong client relationships and provide consistent support to encourage long-term membership
- Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Team to implement lead conversion strategies
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records, scheduling, and client data (MindBody experience is a plus)

What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience (wellness/spa/massage setting a plus)
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
- Positive, energetic, and engaging personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking ability
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer software; MindBody experience is a bonus
