As a key member of our team, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our studio. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every client, every time. This role is a perfect fit for a proactive, outgoing individual who thrives in a customer-focused, sales-driven environment.
Retail Sales and Customer Service: Responsible for sales of our Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan (and reward yourself with commission for every sale).
Client Relations: Greet clients warmly, whether in person or on the phone, and manage appointment scheduling and payments smoothly and accurately. We are building relationships from the first point of contact!
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with managers, massage therapists and estheticians to ensure a positive and client-centric studio environment.
Problem Solving: Turn client feedback into opportunities for great customer service, consistently going above and beyond.
Sales-Oriented Mindset: Proven retail sales experience is preferred, especially with memberships or services. We'll provide a proven sales process to follow.
Excellent Communication: A talent for listening and connecting with clients, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
Positive & Proactive Attitude: A desire to create the best possible experience for both clients and fellow employees.
