Elements Massage - Kildaire Farm Rd is a newer studio within Cary, NC. We provide a friendly, client focused environment where team members have opportunities to grow in their role and with the brand. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team whose mission is to foster a culture of wellness and improve the lives of our clients and team members. We will provide everything needed to support you as a team member as well as a professional atmosphere.  

 

• Selling memberships
• Greeting customers and making them feel like a valued member of the studio
• Studio cleaning
• Check-in / Check-out of clients
• Handling client calls
• Making client reminder calls
• Scheduling

• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to converse with clients in a way that is disarming
• Must feel comfortable selling memberships
