What We’re Looking For in Our Ideal Candidate:

• Passion for Service: You thrive on building strong relationships with clients and helping them on their wellness journeys. You’ll follow our proven sales process to introduce and sell our Elements Wellness Program, earning client loyalty and satisfaction in the process.

• Exceptional Listening Skills: While talking is important, you must love listening and connecting with clients—whether they’re first-time visitors or long-term members.

• Turning Challenges into Opportunities: You’ll use any client feedback—good or bad—to showcase exceptional customer service and create positive experiences.

• Experience & Qualifications:

  • Prior retail sales experience, particularly in selling memberships or services face-to-face, is a plus

  • Experience in customer service within a spa-like or hospitality environment is highly valued

  • Comfort with modern office tools and scheduling systems (don’t worry, we’ll train you on the tech!)

  • A driven, positive mindset to help create the best work environment for your teammates and the best experiences for clients
