 We’re Hiring: Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative
Location: Elements Massage – Short Pump | Hiring Immediately

Starting Salary: $35,000
Compensation Range: $35,000–$52,000+ (Base + Bonuses + Commissions)

Do you thrive in high-energy environments where every day brings a new opportunity to shine, lead, and close a deal? Elements Massage Short Pump is looking for a Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative who’s passionate about wellness and obsessed with performance.

We’re looking for a results-driven, charismatic front desk leader who can both sell and inspire—building loyalty and long-term relationships through a proven, consultative sales process. You’ll be the face of the studio—bringing warmth, energy, and hustle every day.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive membership and service sales with a 30%+ conversion rate
  • Lead daily team huddles, set front desk goals, and coach sales conversations
  • Guide front desk team through best practices in client communication, conflict resolution, and overall service excellence
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members to ensure service consistency and alignment with brand standards
  • Collaborate with management and massage therapists to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience
  • Monitor and maintain client records, account information, and service documentation
  • Oversee inventory tracking and support supply management on a regular basis
  • Assist with scheduling logistics, ensuring proper shift coverage and break compliance
  • Track and report team performance metrics including sales conversions, client feedback, and evaluations
  • Run and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to client accounts, billing, and studio operations
  • Support the upkeep and presentation of the studio, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
  • Help maintain organization in internal operations including voicemail, email communications, and confirmation processes

 Qualifications:

  • Proven sales ability with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding goals—must be confident in selling wellness memberships through a consultative, relationship-driven approach
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service (wellness or fitness industry experience a plus)
  • Experience leading a team or managing front desk operations
  • Strong computer and tech skills (MindBody experience a plus)
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
  • High sense of ownership, follow-through, and accountability
