Massage Therapist

Welcome to Elements Massage Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, NC. We are a young studio (open since April 2025) and growing. We're looking for Massage Therapists to join our team. We have high demand and need therapists throughout the week. Weekends are extremely busy. 

Therapist pay may range from $25 to $70 p/hr w/tips. Sign-on bonus of $500 to $1000 after 3 months with the studio (part-time/fulltime). We will be offering health insurance and 401K opporuntities along with paid time off for full-time employees within the next several months.

Our studio has a modern look and feel with variable lighting in each room, hydraulic tables, music and more.

As a Massage Therapist you are responsible for the following:

• Building relationships with your clients, leading to repeat clients
• Providing the customer with the best experience possible
• Completing SOAP notes at the end of each session
• Complete onboarding and annual training requirements
• Keep up with licensing requirements.

• Massage Therapist License in the state of NC
• Experience selling enhancements 
• Be able to provide great customer service
