Hiring immediately for a WMA / Customer Service representative in the health and wellness industry. We are looking for fantastic sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This person will follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty. The Lead WMA will be responsible for lead management, outreach, and conversion as well as client experience and retention.

Lead Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
- Membership Sales and Client Retention
- Works with Marketing Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
- Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
- Results oriented, metrics driven
- 1+ years of Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask
- Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- MindBody Software experience a plus
