Qualifications - A GREAT leader believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following:
- Experience in team management including but not limited to experience as a sales lead, sales manager and/or operations manager
- Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring daily operations run smoothly
- Implement structure, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Create and maintain a culture of sales
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, Studio and team member goals, and delegate effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence and professionalism
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for training and motivating teams and able to lead by example
- MindBody Software experience a plus
