At Elements Massage, we believe in creating a welcoming and therapeutic environment—for our clients and our team. We're currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate who’s passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a client-focused setting.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Can confidently follow a structured sales process to promote our membership program

• Loves engaging in meaningful conversations—and knows the power of listening

• Turns feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service

• Has previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting

• Is comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing

• Is enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates

What You'll Do

As the first and last point of contact, you play a vital role in creating an outstanding studio experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients warmly and ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process

• Educating clients on the benefits of our Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan

• Following a proven sales process to help clients find the best wellness solutions for their needs

• Answering phone calls and assisting with scheduling and general inquiries

• Collaborating with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client
