Elements Massage Campbell recently launched therapeutic skincare services, and we’re looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our team and help us grow this exciting new offering.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape and build an in-demand service within an established massage studio. If you’re motivated, passionate about skincare, and excited to bring in new ideas, we’d love to hear from you.
Hourly base pay starting at $18/hr (based on experience)
Commission on services and enhancements performed
Estheticians typically earn $21.50–$24 per facial (before tips)
$40–$60+ per facial including tips
Paid time between appointments
Additional pay for no-shows and late cancels (restrictions apply)
Employee discounts on retail skincare and massage services
Paid training
Paid liability insurance for team members working 22+ hours/week
Preventative health coverage for qualified employees
Licensed to perform facial services in California
Passionate about skincare and client care
Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented
Strong attention to hygiene, detail, and presentation
Comfortable with evenings and weekends
Excited to help grow a newer service and contribute ideas
Experience in spas, beauty, or med spa environments is a plus—not a must
