Massage Therapist

Welcome to Elements Massage Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, NC. We are a young studio (been open for a year) and growing. We're looking for Massage Therapists to join our team. We have high weekend demand (Friday - Sunday). We have made a great name for ourselves in the short time we have been open by treating our customers well and providing the best service possible. We have over 100 - 5 star reviews on Google!

Our studio has a modern look and feel with variable lighting in each room, hydraulic tables, music and more.

We are trying to fill multiple vacancies and growing fast. Come join the team! Newly licensed therapists are welcome and wanted!

Therapist pay may range from $25 to $70 p/hr w/tips. Sign-on bonus of $500 to $1000 after 3 months with the studio (part-time/fulltime). 

Each therapist must complete training within the first month of employment. You will be paid $150 once training is complete.

There will be free CPE opportunities and reimbursement for license renewals. 

Looking for individuals that want to work Fridays and one weekend shift.

As a Massage Therapist you are responsible for the following:

• Building relationships with your clients, leading to repeat clients
• Providing the customer with the best experience possible
• Completing SOAP notes at the end of each session
• Complete onboarding and annual training requirements
• Keep up with licensing requirements.

• Massage Therapist License in the state of NC
• Experience selling enhancements or products
