Our Nashua, NH Elements Massage location is a busy location with over 800 monthly servies! We have recently added therapeutic skincare to our service offerings. Job Ressponisbilities:
- Creating an exceptional client experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio.
- Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Massage Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan to improve results and see progress!
- Being the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
- Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate
- Ensuring that the studio is clean and presentable to clients and staff
- Execution of daily tasks to set the clients and team up for sucess with flow and operations
- Working as a team with our Managers, Massage Therapists, and Estheticians to create an environment where clients are cared for from start to finish each and every time!
