Elements Massage - Kildaire Farm Rd is a located in Cary, NC. We provide a friendly, client focused environment where team members have opportunities to grow in their role and with the brand. We will provide everything needed to support you as a team member as well as a professional atmosphere.

We are looking for friendly individuals with previous customer retail customer service experience. We are looking for full-time and part-time employees. 

Social media experience is a plus!

• You are the face of Elements Massage Kildaire Farms Rd, whether on the phone or in the studio providing service with a smile and setting the tone are vital. 
• Create an exceptional experience for every client every time they enter our studio.
• Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program and influencing clients to join.
• Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is seamless.
• Following-up with clients via phone, email, or text regarding their upcoming visits and clients who have not visited the studio regularly.

• The right candidate must have a great personality, be social and inviting, establish relationships quickly and know how to influence. 
• Ability to listen and recommend 
• Being driven and proactive are critical for this role.
• Must be able to take an assignment and own that task and see it through.
• Must be able to deal with difficult customers
• Having exceptional communication skills over various platforms such as:
• Phone calls
• Emails
• Text
• In person
• Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, Nextdoor, etc)
