We are opening a brand new Elements Massage in Surprise, AZ in a brand new plaza, coming April 2025!  We come from a successful family business, and are looking forward to creating a fun, family-oriented, and inclusive culture in our studio!

As a studio manager we will position you to be a strong team and studio leader with growth and development opportunities. You will oversee sales, operations, and the team for the studio and as the main leader, we are looking for someone experienced in running a shop/management previous to this role. Studio Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following

• Have 5 years experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager in a service, sales or retail environment. Previous titles should include manager, director.
•  
• Must have previous experience of direct reports of staff 10+

• Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.

• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.

• Customer Service oriented

• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence

• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills

• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Competent trainer and motivator

• MindBody Software experience a plus
