Provide high-quality facial services:
- Review the client’s intake form to determine any contraindications or considerations before the service.
- Complete a skin analysis of each client to determine what type of service/product should be used to achieve their desired outcome.
- Customize a 60-minute facial service plan for each client based on their unique needs and skin condition.
- Provide a relaxing facial experience through cleansing, treating, exfoliating, and moisturizing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with studio guidelines.
- Adhere to all health and state safety regulations and guidelines.
Educate clients regarding services, visit frequency, and at-home care:
- Explain the benefits of regular facials and the positive impact clients may have in the overall improvement and health of their skin.
- Provide each client with a recommendation on how frequently they should return for facial services to maintain their desired results.
- Customize and recommend an at-home regimen for each client to maintain their desired results between sessions.
- Demonstrate/explain the proper use of each recommended product and how often it should be used.
Communicate professionally with clients and team members:
- Educate clients about the service they are to receive to ensure alignment on what the end goals are for the session.
- Address any concerns during the session by educating and communicating with the client.
- Maintain a written record of services provided and products used during each session. This includes but is not limited to notating what products clients have enjoyed during a session and those which may have caused adverse reactions.
- Keep a clear line of communication with the studio management team regarding client needs, inventory needs, additional training needs, and more.
Complete other tasks and projects as assigned by studio leadership.
