We just focus on therapeutic massage and the wellness benefits our clients can receive from it. We love having a diverse set of modalities represented at our studio and you are encouraged to use any of your skills to get the best results for your clients.

Who we are looking for:

Elements Therapeutic Massage in the Pearl is looking for several extremely talented massage therapists who want to join our busy team. We are looking for skilled, friendly, client-focused therapists who are great at building long term relationships with clients and have a true passion for healing. Both recent graduates and experienced LMTs are welcome to apply.

• Average starting pay: base rate + tip = $50 to $55+ for 1 hour massage + bonuses

Skills and Experience necessary for the role:

• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred
• Must carry liability insurance

Scheduling:

Minimum requirement is 2 shifts per week. Average shift length is 4 to 7 hours. Therapists determine their own breaks to insure they are not at risk of injury. 

We are open 7 days a week and have multiple shifts to choose from.
