Elements Massage® Assistant Studio Manager Benefits:

Manager Qualifications - A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following:
- 3+ years of experience in team management with responsibility for sales, team development and ensuring a positive client experience
- Skilled at understanding business with proven track record of developing creative ways to drive results (increase sales, reduce expenses, employee and client retention)
- Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly
- Implement structure, policies, and procedures while building a team of consummate professionals
- Courageous and thrives in new situations and challenges
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals, and delegate
- Professional verbal and written communications skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
- Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
- Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Solid trainer and motivator
- MindBody Software and Spa Management experience strongly preferred
