Compensation and Benefits
- Team members make between $17 and $20 hourly before tips

Qualifications and Skills
- Must be licensed to provide facial services in New York State
- Proven success in developing treatment plans for clients based on products available at the studio
- Ability to drive client retention and product sales
- A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
- Enjoys learning about products and educates clients in each items benefits
- Organized and thorough in service delivery and post-service cleaning protocols
- Thrives in a fun, team-oriented environment
- Work schedule availability must include Saturday
- Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus
