Overview

Elements Massage in Woodridge is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team of experts and work in a busy spa environment. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and well organized individual that will provide superior customer service and strengthen the guest experience. The front desk position is a customer service role, and requires you to sell the Elements Wellness program membership to new guests and returning clients. You are outgoing, love interacting and meeting new people, and possess a keen attention to detail. You must have a professional presentation that is representative of our brand, and be a team player that thrives in a service environment.

 

Retail Sales Associates enjoy the following perks:

Here's what we are looking for:

 

Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.

The right candidate must be engaging, enjoy talking, but more importantly, you are an effective listener

 Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively

Clean the studio space regularly and thoroughly and maintain a neat and organized front desk and back of house area
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
Strong organizational skills, problem solving skills, ability to multi-task
Ability to take initiative and appropriate action to resolve customer issues.
Ability to work independently, looking for ways to improve service and customer experience  

Greet guests and manage all aspects of the check-in and check-out

Heavy scheduling required and maintaining an effecient schedule for the service providers

Review required intake forms for all clients

Answer incoming calls and handle customer inquiries

Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently

Maintain a professional attitude and professional appearance at all times

 

Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, morning, afternoon or evening shifts; including weekends and some holidays

Qualifications
