Elements Massage Birmingham is looking for a leader who is hands-on, bright, and outgoing, to join our team as an Assistant Studio Manager. Responsibilities include assisting with the day-to-day management of selling therapeutic massage services and memberships to our wellness program, booking appointments, providing back-up management support, and maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Leading front desk team to achieve individual and team sales and customer service goals
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Assist overseeing day-to-day operations of the studio ensuring studio systems, processes and policies are followed consistently
  • Monitor and maintain social media marketing and community outreach
  • Coaching front desk personnel on POS system, scheduling appointments, recommending enhanced services and presenting membership wellness plans
  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
  • Maintaining a professional and impeccable environment for employees and customers

Requirements:

  • Track record of providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals
  • Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly
  • Strong analytical ability and aptitude for learning
  • Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, possesses strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence
  • Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • MindBody Software experience a plus
  • Prior Sales/Retail experience (selling memberships or services preferred)
