Elements Massage, located in Totowa, NJ is looking for a bright, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as a part-time Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative/Receptionist

THIS IS NOT A SUMMER OR SEASONAL POSITION. MINIMUM OF 12 MONTH COMMITMENT REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.

Elements Massage is a wellness studio looking for an engaging,
fearless, outgoing personality to lead retail sales and customer
service of potential clients and current members. Our business is
built on Elements Wellness Program sales and we reward our team when
we meet our objectives and incorporate creativity! 

Our team members will earn commission for wellness plan sales and have
opportunities to earn additional bonuses.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Elements Massage is looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional individualized massage and/or facial experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio.
• Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan
• Following and expanding upon our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program and adding upgrades
• Being the face and voice of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio
• Must be flexible with availabilty and be able to work nights, weekends and depending upon what is needed and maybe a morning or two. 
• THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION

Qualifications and Skills

• Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty creatively and effectively.
• The right candidate must be clear and communicative, but more important, love listening and conncecting with all new clients, established and prospective clients/members.
• Prior retail sales experience required; selling memberships or services in person to potential clients.
• A background in customer service within a spa or similar setting is preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences characterized by attentiveness, hospitality, and seamless execution.
• Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
• Driven to create and add the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
