Responsibilities
- Face of Elements Massage - Kildaire Farms Rd, whether on the phone or in the studio providing service with a smile and setting the tone are vital.
- Create an exceptional massage experience for every client every time they enter our studio.
- Informing all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program and influencing clients to join.
- Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is seamless.
- Following-up with clients telephonically regarding their upcoming visits and clients who have not visited the studio regularly.
Qualifications and Skills
- The right candidate must have a great personality, be social and inviting, establish relationships quickly and know how to influence.
- Listening to client needs is paramount. The little details can improve the experience for the client.
- Being driven and proactive are critical for this role.
- Must be able to listen to client objections and deliver solutions to those objections.
- Customer service experience is preferred, however not a requirement.
- Previous experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred, however not a requirement.
