Client Services Team Member

Elements Massage of Rockville Centre has expanded to Bellmore and we're looking for a bright, outgoing, friendly individual to join our team as a Wellness Membership Advisor.
Responsibilities include maximizing sales of therapeutic massage services and memberships to our Wellness program, supporting the smooth daily operations of our studio, booking appointments, maintaining our clean, inviting studio atmosphere and answering multiple phone lines professionally and politely.

Health and wellness have always been our focus and it is even more important these days! Our protocols for the safety of our staff & clients exceed NYS guidelines. Feel free to ask us any questions you may have about the safe, clean work environment we offer.

We do our best to ensure a flawless guest experience. As a membership based business, most of our clients are "regulars" or are about to become members. If you are a people-person who enjoys getting to know others and helping them feel their best, this is a great position for you!

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of reception or customer service experience & be a team oriented thinker.

MUST be comfortable working with technology.

Please have evening/weekend availability.
This position requires 15-20 hours weekly.
