Seeking a retail sales associate/customer service role where you can make a real difference in clients' lives by promoting health and wellness in a serene spa setting?

  • Selling Memberships to the Wellness Program (Maintaining certain sales quotas) in a conversational friendly manner.
  • Engage with staff and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answering phones professionally and converting phone calls into appointments.
  • Accuracy with scheduling and completing the retail sales process.
  • Addressing emergency scheduling issues quickly and professionally.
  • Addressing client requests and disputes professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment in accordance with federal / local regulations.
  • Working as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are cared for.
  • Must be available evenings and weekends! 
  • Confident and comfortable selling Elements Wellness Program Membership
    • Outgoing personality
    • Great listening skills
    • Professional phone skills 
    • Loyal, Reliable and Consistent
    • Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred
    • Ability to multitask 
    • Self-starter / takes initiative
    • Must love massages!
    • Must be proficient and adept working with web based computer / POS systems or scheduling systems (experience with MindBody software is a huge plus!)
