At Elements Massage in Mechanicsburg, we are a therapist-centric business built on understanding and supporting what it takes to be a successful LMT. We believe in and are passionate about the healing power and benefits of massage. We are seeking Part Time and Full Time talented Massage Therapists to help care for our growing client base.

Responsibilities

Our Massage Therapists are responsible for: 

 

  • Following our proven systems for providing a superior massage therapy experience for clients and members.
  • Customizing massage based on client needs and preferences
  • Providing a professional recommendation for next steps in a client’s treatment plan
  • Creating SOAP/intake notes for each massage session

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point skills will be called on regularly; Prenatal and Hot Stone certifications are a plus.
  • Active PA License and Liability Insurance
  • A passion to help clients with overall wellness.
  • Strong communication and evaluation skills to assess client needs, establish treatment plan and deliver professional treatment recommendations.
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Must be available to work at least one evening and weekend shift.

We Offer Strong Compensation and Benefits 
- Competitive base pay and commission on ALL modalities of up to additional $10+ an hour
- Pay rate is $24 to $55 an hour + tips
